Brief outline:

Arrive at 11am

11.15: 90 minute vinyasa practice:

Begin your day by asking yourself, how you have turned up to the mat. Change begins when you take the first step towards your dream, we all know how hard this can be. Through flowing vinyasa we ignite our creativity, open ourselves up to the possibility to dream the life we wish to create, and set the intention for the day ahead.

12.30: Lunch served.

Time to indulge in a nourishing vegan feast alongside your fellow yogi’s.

13.15/13.30 Introduction to visionboarding

Learn everything you need about the law of attraction and manifesting the life you dream of having, harnessing the power of visionboards. Providing you with the tools to go forward and accomplish your dreams.

13.30-15.00/15.30 Create your visionboard

Let your creativity and your imagination run wild. Using the techniques you have learnt so far, create your visionboard to begin the manifestation process and move towards the life you love.

15.30/16.00: 60 minute restorative practice/meditation.

Move through a quiet practice to reflect upon your journey so far, and restore the body’s natural balance.

17.00 Tea, Vegan Fancies questions & depart.

Taking the time to soak in your delightful day with some warm herbal teas. This is a great opportunity to ask some questions and re-connect with your new fellow yogi’s before you depart.
