Having come across yoga in my later years, in my early 30's I realised yoga's transformative qualities. Yoga works in a subtle yet powerful level. Changing you within and transforming your outer world. It allows one to sit with all that is, all that is you.
I've recently completed my 200 hour Teacher Training in Anusara yoga which is strongly influenced from Iyenga yoga. With some flow and longer held poses, the style allows one to feel the fullness of each pose whilst concentrating on the connection of mind, body and breath. Resulting in correct posture and alignment, and a clean strong practice.
My aim is to give back to the world what yoga has given me.
It is a journey where one can wholly be happy with who they are. We are all equal to each other and should share this world with each other with kindness, love and peace.
